Topics presented include Commonwealth and nationally recognized professional standards, qualifications and Job Performance Requirements (JPR’s) for technical rescuers as they pertain to common passenger vehicle rescue.</span></h4> <h4><span style="color: #808080">A functional understanding of accident scene size-up, incident command and resource management to enable the student the ability to operate safely at a vehicle accident / rescue scene.
