Hazardous Materials Operations Refresher (HMORJB)

Course Description: The primary target audience for this refresher course are First Responders (fire, rescue, emergency medical personnel, police, etc.) who have taken a Hazardous Materials Operations (HMO) Level 472 course. The student will review previously learned information and skills associated with NFPA 472 Chapter 5 Competencies for the First Responder at the Operations LEvel, and 29 CFR 1910.120 OSHA’s Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, (HAZWOPER), First Responder Operations Level.

Target Audience: The primary target audience for this refresher course are First Responders (fire, rescue, emergency medical personnel, police, etc.) who have taken a Hazardous Materials Operations (HMO) Level 472 course.

Course Prerequisites (Mandatory): Hazardous Materials Operations (HMO), or Delmar (DHMO), or Jones and Bartlett (HMOJB) course

Course Prerequisites (Recommended): N/A

Course Location: Palmer Municipal Fire Company Station #1 (North Station) – 3254 Old Nazareth Road, Easton, PA 18045 (Directions)

Additional Information / Notes: Course is FREE to all Northampton County responders. For out-of-county responders, a fee may apply and will be determined by the number of students enrolled.
