Course Description: What The purpose of this course is to provide an orientation to Executives and Senior Officials (including elected officials, city/county managers, agency administrators, etc.) to the Incident Command System (ICS). It covers what ICS is, organization and features, discuss the unified and area commands, coordination and Incident Management assessment and ICS preparedness.

Recommended Participants: Senior Officials, organizational directors; hospital administrator; school superintendents and other agency administrators with responsibilities for their organizations in a disaster.
