COURSE IS A 7-HOUR TRAINING COURSE. Schedule is as follows:

  • Monday, February 2, 2026 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.


COURSE DESCRIPTION: This interactive, one-day training provides applicants and sub-applicants with a practical understanding of FEMA’s Benefit-Cost Analysis (BCA) requirement and tools. Participants will learn how to develop BCAs that meet FEMA standards, support technical feasibility documentation and strengthen overall project applications.


MANDATORY PREREQUISITES: None listed.


RECOMMENDED PREREQUISITES: None listed.


CLASS LOCATION(S):

  • Lecture & testing shall be held at the Northampton County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) located at 100 Gracedale Avenue, Nazareth, PA 18064. (NC EOC DIRECTIONS)
